Report a suspected incident involving one or more Boehringer Ingelheim products to the Animal Health Pharmacovigilance Service; you will receive a copy of your report by email for your files.

Please attach to your report the medical records and all relevant documents, such as anesthesia records, laboratory results, medical imagery or photographs, in order to allow us to properly process your case.

Once your report has been received, the information will be entered in our veterinary pharmacovigilance
database and will also be reported to the Canadian authorities.
